Emily is a registered psychologist, trained through the University of Canterbury’s Child and Family Psychology programme. Emily has experience working with children, adolescents, and their families through both education and mental health settings. Emily has experience in the evidence-based assessment and intervention of a wide range of difficulties and disorders.
Emily utilises a strengths-based and solution focussed approach, and is passionate about supporting children and adolescents reach their potential.
Emily utilises a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Emily is also an accredited Level 4 Triple P practitioner.
