Keep calm and survive the holidays
The symptoms of ADHD don’t take a holiday…
When you have a child or children or students with ADHD, school holidays can seem like a daunting prospect. So how can you make the holidays easier for yourselves and enjoyable for everyone!
Join Tracey Rountree (Mrs ADHD), a veteran of the ADHD community and one of the most informed minds on the topic for some personal tips and strategies on how to help reduce the pre-holiday stress. She says you can’t always predict what will happen on a day to day basis but you can prepare for common issues and create a plan to get through the remainder of 2020 (and what a year it has been!) and for a new start in 2021.
The webinar is on Wednesday the 2nd December from 5.30 p.m to 6.30 p.m. You will have the opportunity to ask questions after the presentation (approx. 15 mins). This webinar will bring immense value, not only to parents but also teachers, RTLBs and Learning Support Facilitators, anyone with an interest in ADHD!
